Jesup-Tonya Melissa Todd, 48, passed away Monday, September 03, 2012 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and was past president of Phi Beta Lambda at Altamaha Technical College.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, baking, and listening to music and crafts.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Phillips and his fiancé Ruby Jackson and Micah Williams and his fiancé Ashley Daniels; daughters, Rachael Booth and her fiancé Terry Sledge, Amanda Phillips (Corky Sikes) and Crystal Gilham, all of Jesup; her mother, Grace Missildine of Jesup; her father Melvin (Gertrude) Phillips of Screven; her brothers Mel Phillips (Beth) of Norfolk, VA, Mike (Gail) Phillips of Jesup, Jackie Peebles of Screven, Jimmy Peebles of Jesup, and Calvin Missildine of Tampa, FL.; and her sister, Pat Diller of Screven; thirteen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Her sister, Marie Pap preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Friday, September 7 at 11:00 A.M. from the James R. Gordon Memorial Chapel at Howard & Jones Funeral Home with Elder John L. Tillman officiating. Burial will follow at Jesup City Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 6 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Howard & Jones Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers will be Michael Phillips, Terry Sledge, Micah Williams, Jeremy Smith, Chris Crawford and Keith Ivey.
