Frances Ann “Rosebud” Morgan, 71, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Wayne Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-six years, Wayne F. Morgan of Jesup, GA; two daughters, Jennifer Boyte of Jesup, GA and Susan Dellinger of Lincolnton, NC; one son, Weldon Burton, Jr. and wife Yung-Mi of Seoul, South Korea; two brothers, Kainey “Bud” Potter of Lincolnton, NC and Cleautes Potter of Newton, NC and a sister, Betty Potter Sisk of Denver, NC.  Fourteen Grandchildren, nine Great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
