A resident of Fayetteville, North Carolina for most of her life, Debbie was born on July 4, 1953 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to the late Ned and Mary Frances Lowery. She was a homemaker who loved reading, painting and playing Mahjong in her spare time and was a member of Eureka Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of forty-five years, Alvin “Andy” Anderson of Jesup, Georgia; her son, David Anderson of Fayetteville, North Carolina; her daughter, Melodie Weston of Greenville, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Amanda Weston, Scotty Weston, Madilyn Anderson and Sandi Anderson; one great grandchild, Ayden; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby and Melissa Lowery of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Bill and Annette Lowery of Summerville, South Carolina and one sister, Joanna Campbell and Michael O’Brien of Jesup. Numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members also survive.
Private memorial services will be held by the family.
